Simulation analysis

SOLIDWORKS Simulation software uses the art of Finite Element Analysis to numerically solve for deformations, strains, and stresses as well as many other factors that a product will encounter such as force, frequency, or thermal loads that may be placed upon the product. Solid Point Engineering will help you find out if your current design can withstand the stresses that it will be placed under after it has been manufactured and sold. Simulation analysis answers questions such as: will your design break under the weight it is required to hold? Will it fail in the temperature range that it will be used in? Will it reach it’s natural frequency and be destroyed in it’s normal every day use? All these question can be answered through a simulation program like SOLIDWORKS Simulation by an experienced user.
Fortunately at Solid Point Engineering we have both the software and the experience to find the design changes in your product that need to happen to make it the best it can be. When it does come time to prototype your design you won’t be learning anything new when testing under real world conditions.
